At Bi-State Real Estate & Property Management we have a proven 5 step management program that ensures that your property is rented and properly maintained

  • Marketing the Property
    Professional pictures will be at taken property, then it will be
    listed on the MLS and syndicated to hundreds of websites.
  • Application Process
    All applicants complete a board certified rental/credit application. We will also verify:

    • Current and previous residency
    • Current employment information
    • Criminal background check
    • Check sex offender database
    • Check terrorist database
    • Inspection report from current residence
  • Move-In Process
    Welcome letters will be sent to new tenant, which includes emergency contact information. We will verify that all utilities have been changed into tenant’s name. We will complete an itemized move-in/move out list to verify property condition prior to move-in
  • Maintenance Plan
    Weekly exterior maintenance checks completed by our field representatives. Semi-annual inspections will be completed by outside source to ensure safety devices and appliances are in operating order. We will coordinate all general maintenance repairs.
  • Move-Out Process
    We will contact you 90 days prior to lease expiration to go over any rental price changes based on the current market and see if you would like to renew the lease with the current tenant or would like to re-market your property.

    • If you are re-renting your property we will ensure your property is in the same condition as when the tenant moved in.
